I am joining the 'paint your hutch' club. This hutch has been sitting in the garage for 6 months! Ahh that is a long time. I went to a church rummage sale and saw it and loved the legs and was willing to pay $25 for it. I wrestled with the idea of painting it some awesome color but then went bland and decided on white. My walls are gray so white is a safe bet. I do want to add some flavor so I am going to cover the back of it with fabric. These are the flavor fabrics that I like. The goal is to make the blue ceramics pop (I bought the hutch to keep my blue and whites) Stay tuned to see what I actually go with.
I think I like the red with white flowers or the green burlap!
Definitely the red -- it jumped right out at me! I have a piece similar to this -- can't wait to see what you do with it and then maybe I'll be brave enough to tackle mine.
